The Vegan Diet has recently captured the hearts and stomachs of people the world over. The Vegan diet essentially forgoes the use of animal products in any form and has had positive results in vegan dieters the world over. If you’re new to the vegan diet or a veteran in the field, you still would know that being vegan isn’t exactly a walk in the park. Especially for those who loved eating out.
And then came Carrots, India’s first all-vegan restaurant and we, Bangaloreans had the good fortune of it opening in our city. Now Carrots has teamed up with GoIn the City to go that little step further to make your vegan life much easier.
They are hosting a one-of-a-kind learning and tasting experience where you get to delve into the world of plant based milks and derivatives. In this interactive session at Carrots, their chefs will demonstrate how to prepare cashew-sesame milk, brown rice-almond milk, coconut milk, peanut yoghurt and a fermented herb cheesy spread made of cashew and tofu.
You’ll even get to taste all these delicious plant based products and go home all equipped with skills to make your own plant-based derivatives at home.
