Lady Gaga Makes Up For Cancelled Concert With Free Pizza!

It sucks when you make plans with your squad and then they get cancelled at the last moment. Now imagine the same happening to over a thousand concert-goers. In short, mayhem. This “mayhem” ensued this Tuesday when a Lady Gaga concert, which was supposed to take place in Canada, was called off.

Reportedly, the singer came down with an illness at the last minute and had to call off her concert at the last minute due to the same. However, Gaga did not let her fans – or monsters, as she calls them – go home empty-handed (read, empty-stomached). She apologized to all her fans and threw them all an impromptu pizza part as well! Given the pop icon’s close connect with food and her Italian roots, we can se where the idea came from.

Making amends for the fans’ loss, the artist tweeted “I’m sending free (emoji) pizza to any monsters outside my hotel. (Crying emoji) I’m so sorry u are the most loyal fans.”

And the best part? Her monsters actually showed up to attend the pizza party outside Gaga’s hotel, Hôtel William Gray 421 St Vincent St in Montreal, where she also sent autographs. Gaga even made a quick appearance at the hotel’s roof. Needless to say, they forgave her as they dug into some delicious cheese pies and sang some of the singer’s musical hits.

Lady Gaga is current in the middle of her Joanne World Tour tour, and is headed to Philadelphia, Rio and then Barcelona after Canada. And we sure do hope that her fans in the rest of the country don’t have to settle with only pizza!
