What Kind Of Cheesecake Do You Gobble The Most? #POLL

God bless the baker who came up with the concept of cheesecake. The entire concept of whipping together sour cream cheese and condensed milk makes our taste buds dance. (Fun fact though, cheesecake was originally made with unripened cheese sweetened with honey and the dessert dates back to as early as the 5th century BC).

Adding to the sheer brilliance of the dessert is the fact that there are a number of sub-categories under ‘cheesecake’. No, we’re not talking flavours. We’re speaking of the many ways in which cheesecakes are made. Do you prefer a big slice of creamy backed New York cheesecake or are you more of a fluffy Japanese Cotton cheesecake kinda person? Us, we could eat a slice of each and still have room for more. But if you had to pick just one, which of these cheesecakes would you rather have? Vote and let us know.
