Kerala’s Cuisine Comes To Bengaluru At The Evergreen Kerala Food Festival

on

Kappa Chakka Kandhari is the name of 3 special vegetables (tapioca, jackfruit and chilly) which plays a big role in Kerala’s cuisine. Although there are several restaurants in Bengaluru serving the most mouth-watering dishes based from the cuisine of Kerala, the authenticity of it is sometimes lacking. This weekend, you can experience the wonders of authentic Malayali cuisine at The Evergreen Kerala Food Festival, a 3 day festival to celebrate the glorious food from God’s own country.
