Kazé Launches its new Izakaya Menu


Kazé, the gorgeous rooftop restaurant, that serves modern Pan Asian cuisine and fusion cocktails, launches an all new Izakaya menu. Located in the vibrant city centre of Bengaluru, the restaurant boasts one of the best views of the city skyline and is known for its incredible selection of signature fusion dishes. Inspired by the traditional drinking establishments in Japan, Kazé is set to create a true dining experience of the Izakaya menu with its Japanese grill and South American influences. Savour each bite of these Asian Tapas while you sip on Sake or the Crafted cocktails.

The new menu will leave you spoiled for choice with its delectable array of dishes that suit every kind of palate. The menu includes the restaurant’s take on Sashimi, and the Sakana & Otsumami which are popular bite-size dishes that are perfect accompaniments with your drink. Indulge in dishes such as the Torched Scallops, Jalapeno Octopus which is served with hot mango salsa, the Wakame & Lollo Rosse Salad, Tori Teba Yaki – grilled chicken wings with salt or the Oyster Filo with Salmon Roe- a crispy fried oyster with toban-djan salsa and salmon caviar sauce.

If you are looking for a true and simple Japanese experience, the Bento Box is a popular lunchbox which is a complete meal and typically includes rice, meat or fish, and pickled vegetables and is offered in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
