We’ve all, at least once in our life, paid a visit to the nutritionist’s office. And all of us have been subjected to the pros of eating healthy and the cons of venturing anywhere even remotely close to the devious category of foods that is junk foods.
The words ‘junk food’ immediately trigger a mental alarm in our head and our brain instantly tries to pull us away from the packet of chips or the can of soda. But for most of us, the hear wins and we end up scoffing down those extra fries and give in to a piece or two out of the fried chicken bucket. Basically, our guilty pleasures get the better of us.
