The legendary Olive Bar & Kitchen is partnering with BOHECO Life – a subsidiary of the Bombay Hemp Company, an industry first-mover in the hemp products sector providing a range of hemp-based healthful products with its key USP being sustainability to host a curated hemp-based brunch this Sunday.
Introducing the new superfood on the block “Hemp”, the brunch will feature a hemp-based menu curated by Viraf Patel, Executive Chef, Olive Bar & Kitchen, who is among the first few chefs to have used the products in cooking, the brunch promises to be an enlightening one slated for Sunday, 6th of October, 2019. Carefully curated and paired with a zero-waste drinks menu, the brunch will have both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options to choose from.
Conceptualised to create an experience to educate end consumers about hemp and its uses and effects, diners will also have a chance to browse through the product range. On offer will also be homegrown hemp cushions and coasters that splendidly complement the restaurant’s minimalist furnishing and subtle colours by B Label, a clothing arm of BOHECO that makes sustainable fashion accessible to one and all.
