Greenr Cafe, India’s first Plant-Protein Café is bringing back the much-awaited workshop with the world-renowned Chef Vanshika Bhatia who is the former head of Ek Bar, Delhi and has worked in restaurants like Noma, Junoon and Gaggan.
About the workshop
We have all been through the overwhelming situation of seeking help from different nutritionists and dieticians and then receiving varying diet advice from each of them. It seems that for every expert who tells you a certain food is good for you, you’ll find another saying exactly the opposite. This workshop will help you move past that confusing situation and help you learn how to create healthy alternatives that are tasty and nutritious at the same time!

- Homemade pasta- using different flours (alternatives for Maida)
- Homemade Cola syrup
- Homemade soy milk and uses
- Vegetarian Protein Wraps- fermented black soya flatbreads with different fillings
- Poached pear and yoghurt parfait.
