Serving up a quintessential Mumbai dish, the ubiquitous frankie at the storefront of a Chevron gas station in Los Angeles, Hiram and Priyanka’s initiative is quite popular. Frankie is nothing but a roll which is a popular street food in Mumbai invented by the brand Tibbs. The frankies at The Bombay Frankie comes with three fillings: Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Paneer and Aloo Gobhi. The wrap is a choice between roti and two types of naan which can be a plain or made with garlic.

The frankie after you’ve chosen your filling, comes with a chickpea spread, jeera potatoes, crisp cucumbers, tomato, red onion, cilantro, mint chutney and ultimately topped with a tamarind drizzle. The frankie is served with a raita too. Plus, they offer frankie bowls and an a la carte menu to those who like a proper Indian meal. The Bombay Frankie even caters to those who can only consume gluten free or vegan food.
