They say it should be breakfast. The most important meal of the day, that is. But not everybody is the same, not all digestive systems are the same and not every dietary plan is similar, so not everyone’s breakfast is their most important meal of the day. For instance, I prefer a sinfully loaded midnight snack to dinner (or supper), just like some people might go with a lighter breakfast followed by a heavy lunch. How do you like your food planned?
