Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore is set to host the second edition of the International Curry Week at The Bengaluru Brasserie. Chef Ram has curated a special Curry Menu which will be served with a pairing of complimentary IPA pints.
The diverse menu features a host of curry dishes from around the country including – Rampur Tar Korma, a signature mutton curry from the erstwhile princely state of Rampur, Doodhiya Murgh, spring chicken braised in creamy poppy seed gravy from Rajasthan, Peethala Pulusu, fresh swimmer crabs cooked in tamarind flavoured curry originating from Nellore in coastal Andhra and Dilli ki Soya Chaap Curry, textured soya sticks served in onion gravy from Karol Bagh.
The Curry Week is centered around the World of Curry – flavors, colors for the consumers paired along with their Experimental Craft Launch of Pomelo IPA which is brewed with the tropical fruit Pomelo, and punched with Mosaic & Citrus Hops. Curry Week steps into 7 cities this year (and increase from the previous edition which was in New York, New Delhi & Singapore last year), and is happening in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, London, New York, Singapore, Dubai & Hong Kong.
