To celebrate the festival of colours, using Mexican inspiration which is tactful because of the inherently colourful nature of Mexican food.Chef Vikas Seth has carefully created a special dish and two beverages to showcase different colours in food. These exciting items will feature food and beverages using natural colours made from organice,healthy different ingredients.
