Hip Asia, the innovative Pan Asian restaurant at Vivanta by Taj-Connemara, known for its varied dining experiences, presents Pan Asian Grills, a ten-day fest celebrating the real taste of Asia through delectable grills accompanied by delicious satays.Masterfully designed by Executive Chef Jaffar Ali and his team, the finest ingredients and the most authentic recipes come together, giving both vegetarians and non-vegetarians delightful options. Vegetarians can choose from Satay Vegetables, Baby Corn Satay, Satay Sapprod Kratiem, Sweet and sour Grilled Mushroom or Mushroom scented Grilled vegetables.
Non-vegetarians can savour Satay kai, Satay koong, Vietnamese Grilled fish, Supreme of chicken with dalat spice, and Grilled basa fish wrapped with Banana leaf. For Japanese flavours try the Yakitori, Gyuniku yaki or the Grilled Teppanyaki lamb chops.
