Here’s Why We Absolutely Love Paprika- Courtyard By Marriott

on

Chennai’s very own vibrant informal dining restaurant, Courtyard by Marriott serves international cuisine with a special focus on authentic South Indian flavours. Their menu caters to guests from all over the country, and as well as to the people of Chennai.

POP IT UP AT PAPRIKA

With a beautiful ambience with a touch of quirkiness, Paprika is the best place for a casual lunch or an informal meeting. Chef Sanjeev Ranga, the executive chef of the restaurant has put together a menu that maintains a perfect balance between global cuisine and South Indian flavours.

The Chef had put together a scrumptious lunch for us, and given that his strength lies in creating dishes that are packed with spices and flavours, it’s no surprise that his favourite cuisine is South Indian.

FOR THE LUNCH

The lunch started with a refreshing drink; Panagam, which geared us up for the scrumptious lunch that was to be followed. For soup, Nattu Kozhi saaru had the perfect blend of spices that was a treat to the palate. On the vegetarian side, Melagu Raasam was available.

The starters for the Non-Vegetarian side included Eral varuval, Chicken Veppudu, Meen Polichathu. And on the vegetarian,  Keerai Vada, Karamani makka chola vada, Kalan Milagu pirattal.

The main course included Kal dosa with Kozhi khurma, Paruppu Urundai Kozhambu, Meen Kozhambu, Ennai kathirikkai with ponni rice. Also Crab Pepper Roast with Malabar paratha, Chettinad Chicken Biriyani and Puliyodharai were a delight!

The lunch was concluded in style with Ada Pradhaman and pineapple kesari.
