Dining with the Stars

Keeping up with all the starry hoopla, ace chef Wolfgang Puck has put together an equally ritzy ceremony menu, which will feature roasted acorn squash with toasted farro topped with lolla rossa lettuce, almonds and cider vinaigrette; green tea marinated salmon with bulgur wheat, tofu, and sweet soy; and spiced chicken with Moroccan couscous and saffron aioli.

The evening will host a huge crowd to feed whom the kitchen team has brought in quite a hefty amount of grocery. According to reports, the Chef Puck’s pantry has been stocked with 200 pounds of salmon, 400 pounds of chicken, 50 pounds of couscous and 3,200 (!) homemade breadsticks.
