Malabar cuisine is known far and wide throughout India. This week, Bon South celebrates the best of the cuisine at its Malabar Mania food festival. The buffet lunch and dinner on offer include items like Kidilan Podi squid (squid rings, fried crisp and tossed in spicy podi masala), Malabar masamam wada (soft mutton keema kababs), and many more.

They had us at their name. But now, they have a whole new menu. The new menu includes favourites such as tom kha soup (spicy and sour hot soup with coconut milk and Thai herbs, Rs 265) and Isaan Pork Sausage (Home-made fermented pork sausage).

Balti fest at ITC Windsor’s Raj Pavilion
