Asado The Cocktail Street
Asado recently revamped its menu to include a range of exciting, innovative cocktails. We particularly loved the Pain Killer – a mix of oranges and white rum that the server adds flaming absinthe to at the table. Read more about it here!
The Bar Stock Exchange
Late last year, The Bar Stock Exchange released a molecular drinks menu in its Bandra outlet with mojito spheres, foam cocktails and even cocktails in the form of caviar-like bubbles.
Pa Pa Ya
While it’s known for its quirky take on Asian cuisine (read: sushi burgers and sushi pizzas), Pa Pa Ya also has some cool cocktails, constructed using foam, jelly and nitrogen smoke.

The Bar Terminal
The newest kid on the bar block in Fort, The Bar Terminal has an amazingly eclectic drinks menu. Their smoked berry cocktail was one of our favourite drinks and engulfed us in a cloud of strawberry smoke. Read more about The Bar Terminal’s drinks here.
