Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
  3. Cook the macaroni according to package directions.
  4. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Set aside.
  5. Combine the bread crumbs and 2 teaspoons oil in a small bowl.
  6. Stir with a fork and evenly coat the crumbs with oil.
  7. Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of oil to a large saucepan.
  8. Set over medium-high heat. Whisk in the flour, paprika, salt and pepper until smooth.
  9. Add the milk, whisking constantly.
  10. Cook, stirring until thickened.
  11. Remove from the heat. Stir in the cheese until it melts. Stir in the macaroni.
  12. Pour into the baking dish. Top evenly with the crumbs.
  13. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
  14. Allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
