Head To RED Restaurant, Radisson Blu MBD Noida For The Best Sushi In Town

on

RED (Rare Eastern Dining), the award-winning oriental restaurant at Radisson Blu MBD Noida recently hosted a New Age Sushi festival wherein an array of freshly made sushi with different types of preparation were showcased. The sushi recipes have been master crafted by Chef Raymond Sim who hails from Singapore and brings along a vast experience of working in different parts of the world. The menu features some new age Sushi recipes from around the world along with his own unique recipes derived from his vast experience.

Sushi is a dynamic dish and new ingredients, preparations and serving methods are constantly being formulated. Today, apart from the traditional Nigiri, sushi creative additions such as cream cheese, spicy mayonnaise and deep-fried rolls have lent a distinctive western influence. We obviously had to go try them out and here’s what we have to say about them – DELICIO!

We started off our meal with a cocktail – Melon Magic – which was truly magical. It went extremely well with the meal! First, we tried the Veg Sushi Platter followed by Sushi Moriawase which featured some delicious prawn, asparagus and salmon sushi! We also tried the Tuna Tartar Fish Roe along with Salmon and Cheese. We ended our meal with their signature Litchi which is definitely a must-try! All the dishes were prepared keeping in mind the Indian taste buds giving it an edge over other restaurants in town that are serving sushi. If you are looking for an oriental restaurant in Noida, this is the place to be! So head over to R.E.D. for a true oriental experience.
