Having spent many years in Sri Lanka, Priya will be recreating recipes from her mother’s kitchen that bring back fond childhood memories. Guiding you through course-by-course, her approach to cooking tells stories of people and places.
The menu for the eight-day festival has been curated by the passionate cook and Chef Praveen Shetty, Executive Chef, Conrad Bengaluru.
