Globally renowned brand Hard Rock Cafe India rolls out a new limited time menu – INFUSED WITH LOVE to keep you in high ‘spirits’ this season. The exclusive drunken menu that boasts of a heady spin on American cuisine is sure to rock any appetite. Beginning today, Hard Rock will serve up fresh and flavorful dishes infused with alcohol from the Jim Beam Bourbon Baby Back Ribs to the Sauza Tequila Lime Chicken Fajitas, along with a specially crafted beverage menu.
Hard Rock Cafe India’s newest limited-time cuisine treats guests to a concert of flavors with Hard Rock flair. These new dishes include: Jim Beam Bourbon- Glazed Baby Back Ribs, Sauza Tequila & Lime Fajitas, Tango Salsa Sliders, Teacher’s Whiskey Bacon Jam Sliders, Southern BBQ Sliders, Spirited Slider Sampler, and Grilled Salmon.

Additionally, Hard Rock Cafe has new limited-time beverage menu items that are ready for the spotlight. Created by top mixologists, guests can enjoy cocktails, such as the Jim Beam Bourbon Brownie Milkshake, a mix of Jim Beam bourbon, vanilla ice cream, salted caramel syrup and garnished with whipped cream, a brownie and caramel drizzle. Or if more of a kick is desired, guests can also try the Rock House Punch, a mix of Cruzan White Rum, Myer’s Dark Rum, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice and garnished with an orange wheel and an edible orchid, along with many other cocktail creations.
