Gordon Ramsay Celebrated April fools Day In Advance On ‘The Nightly Show’

Cooking suzerain and foul-mouth expert Gordon Ramsay may be popular for his twisted and stringent ways in the kitchen with shows like Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, The F Word, and MasterChef, but the chef just proved that he can be a serious goof when it’s time for fun and games. Ramsay was hosting The Nightly Show recently, where he pulled off one helluva crazy practical joke on the talk show’s guest Frank Skinner.

The Michelin-starred chef started off by making a fruit salad for the comedian for which he was required to use a blender. And that’s when the goof in him sprung up. The chef put his hand in the blender while saying “don’t switch it on”, but alas it went off and so did Ramsay’s fingers. The chef was on the ground with a bloody hand clutched close to himself.

The studio audience had a big hand in pulling the prank off, as Gordon had told them what he’d be doing, and asked them to do their best acting. Meanwhile, reacting to the mayhem, a visibly shaken and pale Skinner says: “Some of you might think this is a joke but not from where I’m sitting.”

However, this is not the first time Ramsay managed to scare the living life out of others as a serious prankster, especially on The Nightly Show.
