Chef Lisa Dias has curated an authentic menu, with all the traditional Goan dishes you would typically have while on holiday! She’s made sure that all the ingredients have been properly sourced, right down to the toddy vinegar, so the taste and experience is as close as it gets! Apart from the usual Vindaloo, and Fish Curry and rice, you can find specialties such as, Goan street food Ros Omelette, or scrumptious Prawn Balchao! She has also tweaked the menu a bit to provide some dishes for the vegetarians as well, so your plant loving friends can feast on Mushroom Xacuti, Paneer Cafreal, and more! Don’t forget to try the Beef Samosas famous in Goa; if you’ve got a sweet tooth, try the Serradura, and wash it all down with some Kokum juice!
