All healthy and wholesome, the workshop will use produce from California Walnuts to make healthy nut-based smoothies, salads and canapé. Expect nutritious surprise as they demonstrate specials including Coffee-walnut smoothie, Walnut pear salad with pepper, poppy and Parmesan dressing and Greek yoghurt-walnut-roasted pepper on brioche canapé followed by a tasting of the dishes and dinner.
