Joining him in the kitchen for the second edition of Boo’s Crew this Thursday, 19th December 2019 is popular chef-duo Seefah Ketchaiyo and Karan Bane of Seefah to serve you a dirty feast.
India’s top emerging chef and possibly Mumbai’s very favourite Asian food wiz, Chef Seefah turned to set up her own restaurant with husband-chef Karan Bane called Seefah. Pushing boundaries with authentic Thai flavours on to Indian plates, this husband-wife duo are all set to get their hands dirty with Chef Boo and create an exceptional menu. On the menu are the specials including Crispy Papaya Salad with som tam dressing, Thai chilli, crushed peanuts; Stir fried tofu, Thai chili paste bao; Spicy chicken, chili basil bao with oyster sauce; Pulled lamb massaman bao with massaman curry, cashew nuts, Thai pickles; Spicy grilled tenderloin roll with Seefah’s secret spicy sauce, scallions; Thai Crispy Pork Belly with garlic and chilli; Prawn kushi katsu, curry mayo with tonkatsu sauce and Japanese tartar sauce; Okonomiyaki, savoury vegetarian pancake, tonkatsu sauce, mayonnaise and binni shoga and more.
