Gary Mehigan Is Coming To Bangalore For Season 2 Of World On A Plate And We Can’t Wait For June!

on

Anybody who’s a die hard fan of MasterChef knows who Gary Mehigan is and is probably peeing in their pants right now (you know I’m right). However, even if you’re just the occasional binge watcher (read: secret fan) you’ll understand my love for Gary. He’s much more approachable than Matt Preston and actually enjoys spice, unlike George (Why don’t you like spicy food George! Why!) which makes him the perfect fit for the subcontinent!

We know it’s often a sad truth that the sequel is never quite as good as the original, however, the second season of World on a Plate seems to be shaping up to be a cracker! They’re also bringing over last year’s MasterChef winner Elena Duggan which you should definitely be excited for (aka getting the inside scoop).

Who can forget that dastardly croquembouche (chef’s nightmare) challenge on MasterChef? Well, the creator of that gorgeous masterpiece Adriano Zumbo will also be there, in the flesh, ready to give you that patisserie passion.

We’ve also got Singaporean dessert queen, Janice Wong to look forward to. For that desi touch, we’ve got celebrity chef Ranveer BrarMasterChef India judge, whose food won’t be the only thing that sends you into *ahem* a tizzy.

VR Bengaluru plays host to this edition of World on a Plate and we know we can expect the best. In addition to the delightful amounts of food on display, you can shell out the bucks in order to engage in a tete-a-tete with all the chefs. If you’re willing to splurge a little more you can sit in on a MasterChef class with the chef that you desire (all my dreams come true).

That’s not all that World on a Plate has in store, other than, of course, the WOAP awards. You’ll get to partake of a MasterChef LIVE experience, which I’m sure won’t leave you disappointed. Convinced? I know I am.
