Fruity and Refreshing Popeye’s Pint Recipe

This smoothie, called Popeye’s Pint, combines the delicious fruity taste of bananas, pineapple, and kiwi with the fibre and anti-oxidants richly present in them. Instead of fatty dairy products like milk and cream, this recipe uses strengthening and cooling coconut water, and has a nice hint of ginger flavour for that soothing effect.
