Most people are not aware that they are pre-diabetic and can postpone the onset of diabetes with a well-managed diet and fitness programme. The Diabetic Food Trail is a humble initiative to spread awareness of importance of healthy living.”

The report further says that Megha Gupta, Indian television actress gave her viewpoints as, “Type 1 diabetes has always been a hard belief to deal with. It has been a struggle to keep it under observation and control.
