Former VJ Maria Goretti Is Hosting A New Cooking Show On Living Foodz

Maria Goretti, former VJ, actress and recently  also a cookbook author, is now spicing up the culinary channel, Living Foodz with a brand new show; ‘I Love Cooking’.

Goretti’s Cooking Journey

In 2010, Goretti started a blog – The Maria Goretti Corner – where she chronicles and explores her experiments in the kitchen and shares recipes with her readers.

Following the immense success of her blog and her increasing affinity for cooking and the culinary world, Goretti spent two years gathering and perfecting recipes to create her cookbook, launched last year entitled ‘From My Kitchen  To Yours: Food, Love and Other Ingredients.

Goretti

Around the time of the cookbook launch, Goretti also collaborated with Chef Dinesh at The White Owl, a popular craft beer brewery in Mumbai to create a limited time menu that showed off her cooking creations. We tried out the menu, and loved the innovation, indulgence and well-balanced flavours!

I Love Cooking

With the launch of her show (which aired on Jan 14th), we see that Goretti’s involvement with the culinary world is rapidly rising.

On the show, she’ll be guiding viewers through cooking with her favourite ingredients and comfort foods. She’ll also be showing her audience how to put modern spins on classic dishes and how to foray into experimental cooking.

Cooking

The show will also have brief segments on kitchen and waste management and decor.

Excited about the show? Catch it on Living Foodz on Thursday and Friday at 9 pm! Until then, check out these snippet videos to see what to expect.

Felt like vomiting when saw her show making orange semolina cake .so unhygienic when she mashed cooked oranges with her hand wearing a big chunky ring.
She can’t speak proper English or Hindi
God save who may eat her food

Hi Mona, it would differ from recipe to recipe. But boiling just the skin would also be enough. Do try it and let us know if it works!

I also have a query about orange semolina cheesecake was it necessary to boil whole orange as won’t it loose its flavor due to boiling for so long can’t we just boil it’s skin

Why aren’t you giving quantity of ing used in show without them how r we supposed to make recipe it is really frustrating also much details are missing such as which parts of boiled orange are used in orange semolina cake
