Would you eat your latest Prada purchase? What about that Diane Von Furstenberg dress that you saved for all summer long? I would. No, I’ve not gone absolutely bananas. Two star Michelin Chef Bjorn Frantzen has recreated some of Spring fashion’s greatest hits with edible materials.
Frantzen selected four pieces from Polo Ralph Lauren, Valentino, Chloe and Diane Von Furstenberg and reconstructed them using luxe ingredients like brioche, macaroons and Serrano ham. The project was collaboration with Nordiska Kompaniet, a high end Swedish department store where Frantzen has recently opened a chain of new restaurants.
