Fabelle Exquisite Chocolates, the homegrown luxury chocolate brand from ITC Ltd was launched in 2016 across select luxury ITC Hotels to create unparalleled chocolate experiences for the discerning luxury consumers. After establishing its chocolate expertise across the country, the brand endeavoured to create awareness about chocolates and the multi-sensorial experience that it enlivens, among larger audiences. This led to Fabelle opening their boutique at Select Citywalk Mall bringing exquisite chocolate experiences closer to chocolate aficionados. Keeping in line with this philosophy, Fabelle conducted an interactive masterclass with Chef Vicky Ratnani at Select Citywalk Mall in Saket. In an experiential masterclass Chef Vicky Ratnani introduced the resplendent art of crafting chocolate desserts in jars to chocolate connoisseurs, ahead of this festive season.
During this interactive masterclass, curated by Fabelle Master Chocolatiers, visitors were introduced to diverse ‘Chocolate Desserts in a Jar’ creations, available only at Select Citywalk Mall. Chocolate desserts in jars are a modish yet a convenient way of enjoying chocolates anytime, anywhere. Some signature Fabelle creations crafted by Chef Vicky Ratnani and Fabelle Master Chocolatiers included Dark Chocolate Waffle, Masala Chai Ganache Foam, Chipotle Chili & Chocolate Mousse, Chilli Syrup, Marshmallows Chocolate Cheesecake Brûlée in a Jar, Chocolate Mudpie Trifle Pudding.

During this live session (watch the live video here), chocolate connoisseurs observed highly skilled Fabelle master chocolatiers introducing the nuances of recreating chocolate desserts in a jar with a combination of interesting/ unique ingredients using techniques like layering and other intricate facets. Apart from that individuals also tasted the decadent combination of desserts in a jar and interacted with Chef Vicky Ratnani, who curated some of the unique combinations of deserts in the jar format, ahead this festive season.
