Guests can celebrate the occasion by letting their taste buds savouring the ‘Special Coconut’ Sunday Brunch curated by Chef Anuj Wadhawan – Executive Sous Chef at Roseate House, New Delhi and a scrumptious five-course coconut based menu by Chef Simran Singh Thapar – Executive Chef at The Roseate, New Delhi.
The ‘Special Coconut’ Sunday Brunch at DEL, Roseate House, New Delhi will see an assortment of choices from appetizers to main course and unique coconut based desserts curated by Executive Pastry Chef Anand Panwar concluded by refreshing coconut drinks. Some the offerings include the Tomato Sour soup with Cherry Tomato and grated coconut crostini, along with appetizers such as Soya for vegetarians and fish for non-vegetarians that will have a dash of coconut flavour. Guests can even choose between Dal Badami, Vendaka Masala, Meen Moili and Goan Prawn Curry. Adding to the dessert section, guests can choose a Coconut flavoured Kheer or a Coconut and mango tart.
The extravagant five-course menu at Kiyan – The Roseate, New Delhi will offer delicacies such as Coconut Crusted Curd Rice Arancini, Coconut Dry Fry as an appetizer along with Cheera Ellaneer Rassam. Guests can choose between four main dishes consisting Bharwan Mirchi Ka Saalan, Malabar Fish Curry, Thengai Paal Kurma and Chicken Stew along with a mouth-watering selection of desserts comprising Coconut Barfi Tart, Coconut Caramel Payasam and Coconut Almond Ice-Cream.
