Experience Coffee Like Never Before At Starbucks

I was recently invited for a ‘Coffee Master Class’ at Starbucks, Green Park in Delhi. It was a well curated coffee and food pairing session hosted by culinary expert Rupali Dean and Ms. Veetika Deoras (Head – marketing, category, loyalty and digital TATA Starbucks).

The session began with the demonstration of different methods of brewing Kenyan coffee – Pour over, Chemex and Siphon methods. The siphon method was particularly very interesting to watch, with halogen lighting and beautiful bubbles, it was an art in itself! You can check out the live video on our facebook page (click here). The Kenya coffee was paired with a delicious Lemon Cake. We also witnessed their Nitro Cold Brew machine in action which was a delight – it created a delicious cold brew infused with nitrogen for a rich and velvety experience. This was paired with the Chilli Cheese Toast, an all-time favorite of the Starbucks regulars.

We also tasted Kenya Americano paired perfectly with a Vanilla Cruffin, Cold Brew with Vanilla Sweet Cream paired with an Egg & Chicken Wrap and finally the Espresso Macchiato paired with Cherry Chocolate Cake and Red Velvet Cake!
