on

It’s the most wonderful time of year, the winter chill, time spent with family, and, of course, all those long weekends! If you’re looking some delicious, seasonal Pan-Asian cuisine, then look no further than Shizusan Shophouse & Bar to partake of their exciting winter menu! Chef Paul Kinny has outdone himself, and we swear you’ll be spoiled for choice and feel utterly pampered with this menu.

“There’s this amazing thing about cooking with fresh seasonal produce. Since they’re only grown in a particular season, you can be rest assured that its nutritional and flavour value is at its peak”, says Chef Paul Kinny, Culinary Director, Phoenix Mills Ltd.

Chef and his team have come up with a limited edition menu that includes, steaming dim sums & baos, hearty mains, festive desserts and more.

Seasonal Ingredients Make These Dishes All The More Special

Stellar highlights include festive favourites like Singaporean Char Kway Teow, Black-pepper Crab with chunks of crabs tossed in an addictive pepper sauce; vegetarian Crunchy Avocado Roll, Korean BBQ & Pulled Jack Fruit Bao and Japanese Crispy Prawns crispy prawns tossed in wasabi mayo & sesame. For all the sushi lovers, the Japanese Volcano Roll filled with crab salad, spicy tuna mixture and topped with tobiko is definitely not to be missed! Mains include Burmese Bamma Curry a distant cousin of the famous Khow Suey with lemongrass and galangal; and Lobster in Miso Chilli Butter Sauce.

End your meal on a sweet note with classic winter desserts like the Kaffir Lime Date Pancake, Coconut & Chilli Crème Brulee etc.
