Enjoy A Meal Prepared By Michelin Chef Vineet Bhatia Paired With Luxurious Cognac Courtesy All Things Nice
From our experience, we’ve found the best way to battle the mid-week blues is with a delicious dinner and stimulating company. This week, we’ve found a way to elevate that experience; All Things Nice has put together a luxurious evening of delicious fare paired with fine cognac.
All Things Nice is a wine and spirits consultancy which works with high end hotels and restaurants and holds events to help the Indian consumer become more familiar with fine wines and spirits.
The cognac paired dinner will welcome Eric Vallat, the CEO of the House of Remy Martin along with it’s other patrons to savour a menu created by Michelin stared Chef Vineet Bhatia and cognacs selected by Sommelier Nikhil Agarwal, who heads All Things Nice. The event will be held at The Oberoi Hotel.
Guests will begin the evening with Rémy Martin based cocktails at The EAU Bar and then proceed to Ziya for the meal.
The meal will be five set courses with Badami Artichoke, Dhungar Brocolli, Sesame Crusted – Saffron Kofte, Hazelnut Crusted Mushroom Chaap and the dessert Choco-Orange Palate Cognac Chocolate Mousse for vegetarians and Badami Lobster, Dhungar Machli, Sesame Crusted – Saffron Chicken and Hazelnut Crusted Lamb Chop for non-vegetarians.
The dishes will be paired with Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac Fine Champagne and Rémy Martin XO Cognac Fine Champagne.
