Savor some authentic royal cuisine at Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park as they celebrate the spirit of Nawabi culture bringing alive the streets of Lucknow at Nook, their all day dining restaurant.

Inspired by the cooking techniques of the Mughal Empire, Awadhi cuisine is indigenous to the city of Lucknow. The concept of food being cooked on dum was invented by the Rakabdars (royal cooks) of Awadh and the concept is considered to be synonymous with Awadhi cuisine. With a deep-rooted history and a rich culture that is evident in its use of ingredients, Awadhi cuisine is truly an extravagant fanfare!

The festival will offer live counters and buffet which includes Dum biryani, Galouti kebab, Shami kebab, Nihari gosht, Murgh musallam and plenty of desserts like Shahi tukda, Rasmalai and Kaddu ki kheer.
