Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway is hosting a ten day ‘Tibetan Food Festival’ at its highest rooftop Pan-Asian restaurant and pub – HIGH Ultra Lounge, located at 421 feet high to give you the most spectacular view of the city. The inauguration of this festival would be exhibited by Mr. Chomphel, Tibetian chief Representative of South Zone of India.

A glance at the Tibetan cuisine reveals how the team of Chefs have designed a wide range of vegetarian and non- vegetarian Tibetian dishes that includes the all time favourite momos, thukapa and some authentic dishes like Shabaklep, Lhaphing white/yellow, Hot pot with sticky rice with condiments and to accompany those mouth watering dishes will be Tibetan beverages like Tibetan Yak salted butter Tea, Spice of Tibet (Vodka), Namkha’s Lhasa Beer and LemonGrass Tea (Vodka) to name a few. Indulge in some succulent desserts like Baktsa marcu, Kapse and Daysee that you have never tried before. So, make the best of the dinner nights at the first month of 2020 at this exotic destination of the town.

Executive Chef Gaurav his team, has put together an exclusive menu that will bring out the authentic time honoured delicacies from Tibet. The handpicked dishes from various Tibetan regions can be described as savory, flavorful and authentic.
