Continuing the series of monthly pop-ups in partnership with Authenticook to promote regional cuisines and home chefs, Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore presents its third pop-up of Andhra Brahmin Thali meal on 22nd June. Home chef Sumitra will be serving a spread of Andhra-style specialties for lunch and dinner.
The Andhra-Brahmin thali meal will highlight vegetarian food with authentic ingredients typical from the East Godavari District in Central Andhra Pradesh. In addition, the food will be prepared without onion, garlic and ginger for an authentic and traditional meal experience on one’s palate.
The menu will have Andhra-style Pesarattu with Allam pachadi, Palakoora and Mukkala Pappu (Dal), Anapakayi Koora, Gutti Vankaya Koora, Chaaru, Puliyogare (tamarind rice), hot and sweet chutneys, pickles, Swmiya payasam, 7 cups barfi, etc.
