Eating Cheese Daily Might Actually Improve Your Heart Health Says Study

A study published in the European Journal of Nutrition says that daily consumption of cheese in moderate amounts might help reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. The effect on heart health came from the long-term consumption of cheese. You can get started with these delicious and healthy cheeses.

Say Cheese

The Independent explained that when we say moderate amounts it meant that the cheese to be consumed should be almost the size of a matchbox. Also, cheese might not be the reason or the only reason that the heart disease rates were reduced. It could also be so that healthy food consumers had a bit of cheese every day.

Then how do we establish whether cheese is good or bad for health? The team said that cheese had a lot to do with the diets of vegetarians or the ones with dietary restrictions and this can be one of the reasons for the result. However, cheese is known to be healthy and increase longevity according to a previous study when eaten in moderation.
