Vasco’s at Hilton Chennai will host an Easter Brunch today from 12 noon to 3:30 pm. Some highlights of the brunch are – Soups like tiger prawn bisque with aged cognac essence and sesame crackers, A seafood bar, Roasted tenderloin fillet, wild mushroom baklava, sautéed beans and truffle scented hollandaise, Spinach and ricotta ravioli with gorgonzola and pistachio sauce.
A wide range of Easter special desserts will also be at the table!
Additionally, Easter goodies will be offered at Est, the 24 hour contemporary café. The highlights include: Spiced fruit pie, White chocolate & passion fruit mousse, Summer berry pavlova, Easter bunnies and eggs.
