Delhi is truly the food capital of the country. And its culinary heritage is an inspiration for chefs. The culinary wizard from Delhi Chef Anil Khurana is here to unleash his magic in the City once again. Hyatt Regency Chennai will celebrate its Dilli food festival with Anil Khurana; Corporate Indian Chef from Hyatt Regency Delhi as he will be cooking up a storm in our award-winning restaurant, Spice Haat from 18th to 28th May.

What happens when the charm of Old Delhi seamlessly blends into the delectable taste of street food and luscious Kebabs? Sheer Magic, of course. And that is exactly the kind of magic Spice Haat seeks to create with our celebrity Chef Anil Khurana.

From the paranthas of Chandni Chowk, Khan ke kebabs, Bunty Singh’s fruit chaat to gol gappe of Janakpuri and much more, Spice Haat will bring together a delectable 10 days food festival and offer authentic flavours of Delhi.

The restaurant will come alive with hand-painted banners depicting the beautiful charisma of city.
