Choose classic cocktails that are elevated by using unique spirits and try one of Andrew’s signature concoctions, like the Bombay Spice Manhattan with Martell VS Cognac, Templeton rye whisky, homemade spice dram and walnut bitters; Causeway 1838 with Jose Cuervo Reposado, smoked whisky, lemon sherbet, mint and citrus foam; Colio with Stranger & Sons gin, galangal and plum; the Ballard with bourbon whisky, fernet branca, cinnamon and ricard mist; New Olympia with Jose Cuervo Silver, lemon sherbet, chilli tincture, pomegranate and angostura bitters and many more such signature drinks.
