Do Not Miss Out On The Jumbo Xiao long Bao At Shiro Mumbai

on

Shiro is well-known for its serene décor complete with a meditating Buddha statue and tranquil sounds of waterfall. Entering this place seems like stepping out of the noisy city of Mumbai and entering a zen state of mind. Dining at such a place is a bliss and their luscious food makes it a satisfying and comforting experience. Thus, we were intrigued when we heard about their Dim Sip festival and couldn’t wait to tell you about it!

Dim Sip Festival At Shiro

Craving for those lovely steamed dimsums with a drool worthy filling inside? Shiro Mumbai brings you a menu designed especially for its Dim Sip festival and lets you pick from 33 variety of dimsums! But why dim sip one might wonder; the reason is that you can pair these super awesome dimsums with their exotic tea infused cocktails and sip as you relish them! These cocktails include Grapefruit & Elderflower Martini, Rosemary & Pomegranate Martini with grenadine. Their specialty cocktail is the egg and tea-infused cocktail called Berry Sour that is a mix of whiskey flavoured Black currant syrup, lime and egg white.

Another highlight of the Dim Sip festival at Shiro Mumbai is the Jumbo Xiao long Bao that roughly translate to small basket buns. These jumbo dumplings are enough for four people and are steamed in bamboo baskets. One needs to sip on the soup with straws and then use the chopsticks to begin eating it. The dumpling has a chicken filling and is placed in a meat broth. While steaming, this broth liquefies and poaches the chicken with a lovely soup.

So get ready to chow down on delicious dimsums, special cocktails and of course the Jumbo Xiao long Bao at Shiro’s Dim Sip festival.
