The word ‘diet’ is, ore often than not, romanticized with loosing body weight or getting into shape. But the fact is that, in general terms, whatever you eat is your diet. If you don’t eat meat, you follow a vegetarian diet; if you skip meat and all animal-based produce, you follow a vegan diet; or if your diet is rid of any gluten, you follow a gluten-free diet; and so on. Basically, your ‘diet’ is the food you eat on a daily basis. So, which of these diets do you follow?
