Kiyan at The Roseate New Delhi celebrates India’s 69th Republic Day with exclusive tri-coloured dining offers, alongside the picture-perfect views of lush greens ensconced amidst royal blue water bodies!

Guests can indulge their taste buds in farm fresh delicacies at Kiyan with a special 5-course lunch and dinner menu artistically crafted by Chef Nishant Choubey. The a la carte menu comprises of gastronomical delights in tri colour such as Three Grained Khichdi with curried tofu and asparagus, Beetroot, Green Pea and Cottage Cheese Tikki and warm Puree Salad with farm plucked greens to name a few. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in Tricolor Halwa in filo pouch and Mandarin Vanilla and Pistachio creamux with Ghana chocolate.
