  1. AAHAR – The International Food & Hospitality Fair

The Capital is gearing up to host a 5-day long and South Asia’s biggest, food and hospitality exhibition – the 32nd AAHAR International Food & Hospitality Fair. The fair will have on exhibit products like Fresh Produce & Dairy Products, Confectionery/ Chocolate/ Desserts, Bakery Products & Ingredients Organic & Health Products, Frozen, Canned & Processed Products, Meat, Poultry & Sea Foods, Cheese & Fine Specialty Food, Snacks & Convenience Food, Food Ingredients, Additives and Preservatives Coffee & Tea, Syrups, Juices & Energy Drinks etc. in the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering industry.

 

  1. Small Plates Week

The 10-day culinary fest gives diners a chance to sample an extensive selection of small plates to eat, share and repeat. There are 7 participating restaurants in Delhi with each restaurant offering a menu of 16 small plates! The event will feature leading restaurants like SodaBottleOpenerWala, Ziu, PCO, and many more.
