Hatsun Agro is definitely ending 2016 with a bang by opening their 1,000th outlet in Chennai and also have plans to treble the number of outlets they have within the next 12 months. This expansion comes at a time when there is a rising demand for the brands products, a company official said.
The company set up their first outlet in Chennai in 2014 and their range of brands run from Arokya milk, the entire range of Arun Ice Creams and products under the Hatsun name including curd, paneer, ghee, butter, skimmed milk powder and dairy whitener. They also have ready-to-cook frozen foods under the brand name Oyalo.
“Retail expansion is a key step in meeting the increasing demand for our products and to reach new consumers in smaller cities as well. While we are expanding to new geographies our R&D is completely focussed on new product innovations to add to our expansive product portfolio,” Mr. Prasanna Venkatesh J, AVP Marketing & Sales, Hatsun Agro Product Ltd said and added, “HAPL, with its continued strong focus on freshness and quality, endeavours to establish itself as a household name across the country by opening new outlets and simultaneously converting existing outlets under the brand name Hatsun Daily.”
