Cool Gin and Cucumber Cocktail


  1. Gin… 45 ml
  2. Cucumbers juice.. 45 ml 
  3. Lime Juice… 10 ml
  4.  Cucumbers slice… 3/4 plus more garnish.
  5.  Mint lives 3/4 pice 
  6. Top up Tonic Water 


  1. Cut your cucumber slices using a mandolin. For the muddling cucumbers, cut circles; for garnish, cut long slices as pictured.
  2. Lightly muddle mint leaves, cucumber slices and lime wedge in a shaker (light enough that the cucumber stays mostly in tact – you get plenty of cucumber flavor from the juice itself).
  3. Juice half of a cucumber with a juicerMuddle extra cucumber if you don’t have a juicer.
  4. Add gin, cucumber juice and sugar (if using). Shake well and pour over ice.
  5. Top with tonic water and garnish with more mint and lime if desired.
