Cold Spinach Dip with Radishes Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 10 - ounce package frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 cups chopped baby spinach about 1 ounce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch scallions chopped, white and light green parts only
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoons to 1 1/2hot sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup diced radishes
- Vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions
- Pulse the frozen spinach, baby spinach,sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, scallions, chives, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in a food processor until combined; season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and stir in the radishes. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetable sticks.
