- 4 tablespoons brown sugar or to taste plus more for garnish
- 4 cups hot coffee
- 4 ounces Irish whiskey
- 4 tablespoons fullwhipped cream for garnish

Instructions
- Add a tablespoon of sugar to each warmed cup and pour hot coffee until it is about 3/4 full.
- Then use a spoon turned upside down and pour the whiskey over it so it flows down gently. Top it all with the whipped cream, sprinkled with brown sugar.
- Serve hot!
